Coffee with Linda - A mug from Germany

For Linda (CEO of MAGIC Bodyfashion), traveling is a huge part of her work. She´s been all over the world for her business trips! In our blog section Coffee with Linda, Linda brings a mug with her from one of her trips as a gift for one of her co-workers, and talks about a special memory she has from them.

This Coffee with Linda moment is with Willy.
Traveling in Germany I bought this mug for Willy.
I am already working with Willy for almost 30 years when I started working in the Intimate Apparel business.
Willy taught me all about product being the Designer for the brand I started to work for.
She taught me about materials, fit, styling and design.
As a young woman I already was very interested in product and the creativity behind it and loved to mix in with the collections.
This gave me the opportunity to develop these special skills and I couldn’t have done this without Willy.
I admired her and loved it how she involved me into developing the right assortment.
Once we took over MAGIC Bodyfashion she was the first person to reach out to.
I had always kept in touch with Willy as we missed working with each other. This was the right moment to get back together and to get her involved in our business.
Since 8 years we now work very closely.
Willy, I admire you. I don’t know anyone else in the industry being so capable and having so much knowledge of product, fit etc.
You have done a fabulous job coaching and training our staff on the job and fine tuning our assortment.
Thanks to you we have a fantastic product line with products that fit like a glove on your body.
